We use a blend of soy and paraffin waxes to create a container wax that has low contraction, good optical appearance and gives a superb, smooth surface finish. The low melting point ensures that the wax burns down completely even when using smaller size wick. It has excellent fragrance retention.
We have a large range of in-house fragrances you can select from or alternatively you can have a fragrance you like matched or we can help to develop a fragrance unique to you.

Many things can affect how long your order may take to produce for example, quantity ordered and the time of year the order is placed. We endeavour to keep you informed and work to have orders manufactured and delivered within 4-6 weeks. Generally the longest part of the process is waiting on printing and packaging.

Yes, please email us and request our Candle Care & Safety Tips document. This document is general in nature but covers most points on the matter.
CLP labels are now required by law for 'mixtures' such as candles, wax melts and diffusers. These items need to inform customers of chemical hazards inherent within them. CLP states that the information should be visible when the product is set down for normal use. We will help you through this process to make it as easy as possible.
No, we do not use lead wicks. We use cotton, paper and tin blends which are braided together to provide a clean and consistent burn and we consider these to be the best on the market. We will work with you if you have different ideas you wish to try. We do not use any cores in our candles, ('cores' are unscented blocks of wax sometimes used to hold the wick in a candle) your candles will smell the same the last time you burn it as it did the first time. The fragrance is mixed throughout so you will have scent the whole way down the candle.
Yes, our minimum order of candles is 100 units. Quantity always determines price, in order to be profitable for clients, we always suggest higher quantities in order to reduce your per unit pricing. Having said that we produce great value candles from 300 upwards, these can be packaged on site. Make sure to contact our team for prices.
Yes, we are happy to provide clients with 'clear skin' candles. Alternatively, we can apply client supplied labels and pack your order into supplied boxes. We adhere a safety warning label to the bottom of your candle and where we have provided fragrance oil we can produce the chemical labeling information for your scented products.
